About Final Monster of Doom 3?

I used cheats in the final level for the final monster.

 

God mode on and give weapons cheat each time ammos are over

 

No matter how many times I fired at the final monster, he never died. I use give ammos cheat over and over and over and over. I got bored because final monster would never die.

 

Is the eason why he would never die was because I used cheats?

You need to recharge the soul cube and use it to damage it. 

 

There's a mod that disable that feature and made him killing him with only weapons possible.

He is called the Cyberdemon btw. Boss monsters often require a special approach to be defeated, not just "shoot until it dies" everytime.

No. First avoid the Cyberdemon and it's rockets, but kill the lower demons instead who crawl out of the hellhole. After a few kills the Soulcube is powered up and can be used against the Cyberdemon. Like Lippeth said, you need several attacks with the Souldcube.

The last Boss monster (the Cyberdemon) can only be killed by the Soul Cube.

 

If you play Doom 3 on PC, the default button to use the Soul Cube is Q.

 

The Soul Cube can only get ammo from killing other monsters. It often says "Use us!" when it has enough power / ammo to attack. It also gives you health from the enemy. It doesn't matter where you hit the monster, just as long as it hits it.

Also, to defeat the Tyrant shoot around it until you die.
