I am currently working on a Mega Wad. How do I submit it for others to play it and enjoy?

You submit your megawad in Wads and Mods, but I would probably post single maps first and post them or put them in a wad compilation

Awesome! Now is Wads and Mods a separate site? Or is that on DoomWorld?

Look forward to checking it out. I have been on a DKC kick as of late but have a folder full of wads from here that I plan on getting to soon.
