It seems Realm667 is down.

I was just working on one of my projects and went to Realm667 to find any resources I could use and modify as my own and I got an error 404 screen rather than a page that would take me to download some content. Should I be concerned? Heard it wasn't the first time this has happened either.

You can still access verything by adding "index.php" between the domain and the rest of the URL. I.e. instead of https://www.realm667.com/en/ you can use https://www.realm667.com/index.php/en/.

Huh. Had to go through a janky process when getting stuff but it sorta works.

I tried to connect to it today only to find it non responsive "Not Found" and when I used "Is It Down Right Now" it tell me it.s been gone for more than week. https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/realm667.com.html

@user76828904 Try to click any link or download on that page give a not found anytime. This looks like a cached page to me and not the result of a live query to the database, its a trick used to reduce the workload of a server send a cached copy a page rather then have the website generate the same page over and over.

 

I'm able to access the website css and js so the file are there. A bit of analysis with "inspect" tell me this is runing on Joomla, this cms is rather easy to break.

 

The download links do not point directly to the files but an ID meaning a query is needed to deliver the file, and those query's are not working.

 

Hopefully this is just a case of a bad configuration in Joomla and the issue will be resolved soon

It's some sort of configuration issue. Adding "index.php" before the /en/ bit of any URL will still load the page.

Okay everyone, here is an automatic fix for the URL directing problem Boris pointed out until Tormentor fixes the site (Me and probably @Gothichave already emailed him about it.). You will need to download this extension: https://github.com/einaregilsson/Redirector

 

Once you've installed it to your browser our choice (More likely than not Firefox or one of the hundreds of Chromes), you will need to import this JSON file to the extension:Redirector.zip

 

 

Edit: If you have an account on Realm667 and you had logged out before the site broke, you still can't log in. This can't be fixed by the Redirector extension (I tried on an incognito  tab, since the site already worked for me normally due to never logging out.). So Tormentor wil have to come back and actually fix the site for the logging in to work.

Lots of people archived it's content about a year ago when Tormentor was booted from Doomworld. Having a single point of failure for an important resource is not smart.

Hmm, I wonder if it was some problem with the server host ? Because it is fixed now, but I didn't get any reply from Tormentor that he fixed it.
