Power move - start the player on top of the chainsaw for extra annoyance of those people who care too much.

The blockmap is the greatest sin against the chainsaw. It had so much potential to be useful.

 

I also find just holding the button to win to be as satisfying as slurping down cold, wet noodles.

Blockmap also punishes berserk punches...

 

For me, the biggest problem with the saw is lack of damage. Using the cahinsaw is a hard skill to master - and what is the reward? A clunkier chaingun! Imagine the saw  matching DPS of a plasma rifle! It would a really worthy weapon, even with blockmap bugs!

 

That said, with enough health to spare the saw is perfectly servicable. But maps with low ammo and huge healing reserves are very rare...
