I was wondering how can i download zdaemon on doomseeker since i use linux

Zdaemon's developers refuse to allow doomseeker to support their master server protocol. You'll have to complain to them, however nothing will happen.

The closest you could do is playing ZDaemon thru Wine, because afaik there's no GNU/Linux client, only server. I've tried it out in the past and it works fine although I never got music to work.

DoomSeeker isn't supported.

 

Aside from the master protocol there's also the ZDaemon-specific authentication that would be required to connect to master advertised servers - that aspect is not avoidable.

 

It is also an old argument; as it stands "if" and I stress "if" any change does happen (and this is entirely in general), then the discussion will only be with the primary developer.

 

As xX_Lol6_Xx mentioned though using ZDaemon through WINE would be the only viable alternative at this time.

 

The only alternative launcher that's supported currently is Doom Explorer.
