How do youtube users play 2 wads at the same time with an iwad?

I see youtuber users playing ultimate simpsons wad with another wads such as plutonia 2.

 

How do they do it?

 

When I drag a wad to gzdoom, gzdoom opens. I can't drag a second wad.

You can select multiple wads and then drag and drop them together onto gzdoom.exe. A much, much better way is to use a launcher like this. You can also use ZDL which is simpler but much, much less powerful. Doom Launcher lets you download wads directly from idgames making it very easy to play a lot of maps and mods.
