Sonikkumania Posted March 1, 2023 What is truth in our existence? What is something that cannot be changed? Post something that is true. For example, 2 +2 = 4. Not 3 or 5. 2 Quote Share this post Link to post
Fiber Wire Posted March 1, 2023 (edited) It is a myth that shotguns do not have to be aimed or that they are inaccurate. The truth is that shotgun pellets do not spread at close to short range as much as misinformed people believe that they do, it is at far longer ranges when the pellets have spread out extensively, and shotguns can be quite accurate within 100m, and even further range with the use of a slug shotshell. Something that is always repeatable and verifiable. What is something that cannot be changed? Stupidity. 8 hours ago, Sonikkumania said: Post something that is true. Sonikkumania makes threads. I am not saying anything about the quality of them. You were asking to post true things. 8 hours ago, Sonikkumania said: For example, 2 +2 = 4. Not 3 or 5. It doesn't have to be in parallel universes where the concept of X means Y is cancelled out in favor of dark laws that we yet know nothing about. Since we cannot rely on that, we retain that 2 + 2 = 4. But it doesn't have to be. There should always be room for interpretation. 3 Quote Share this post Link to post

These have the values of 0, 1, and 2. If we use this simple information, we can then see that 2 + 2 = 11. (2(0) + 2(0) = 1(1) + 1(0)) - naturally, we can surmise this is in fact a decimal value of 4, but the result of the computation in ternary stands. heliumlamb Posted March 2, 2023 According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway because bees don't care what humans think is impossible. 4 Quote Share this post Link to post

Fiber Wire Posted March 2, 2023 Many games use the term rocket launcher and missile launcher interchangeably but they are actually quite different from each other. A rocket launcher fires a rocket propelled grenade that’s trajectory is based on propellant and elevation. A missile launcher missile’s trajectory can be controlled while it is in the air. So basically, one is an unguided projectile, and the other is a guided one. 2 Quote Share this post Link to post

Yeah, earth could be flat or life's a simulation if you really consider, but in practice we need this conventional truth in our everyday logic. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

Biodegradable Posted March 2, 2023 The way I've seen it for many years, there are two forms of truth. The first kind is conventional, fact-based realities we have been able to observe using the scientific method. The second kind is your own subjective truth based on your own personal belief system regarding what you know in your heart to be either real or ideal involving your own moral compass and all that jazz. 2 Quote Share this post Link to post
