And DOOM, indeed, shall be accessible to all! Hats off to you for making this! At first I thought this was going to be a tasteless jokewad, but then I took a further look, and just when I thought the Doom modding community already achieved everything imaginable to every single human being... that's where you came in!

 

@Redneckerz @RestlessRodent Pardon the mention, but what do you reckon of this?

Fantastic work! This sort of thing is incredibly important, especially for older games with no accessibility options by default.

I love these types of mods, most lovely thing I've ever seen, you think you could add options for deaf players? Sort of like a "Where the sound is coming from" type of deal.

Youtube recommended IllegallySighted's video to me today at random which lead me down this rabbit hole.

 

I'm- for now- fortunate enough not to benefit much from this project, but I am also very awed to see it and have learned about it. Great job, I can't wait to check this out in more detail after I get done with my RAMP map. You've done so much, I hope I can contribute in some way in the future.

@Cheshire Sphinx - Thank you :) I'll be working on a new map pack for the Toby Accessibility Mod soon and it will be a compilation of Doom Community member maps. When I do post the thread within the forums, if you'd like to contribute a blind-player-friendly level, feel free to do so if you're interested. I hope to put out the information/requirements to this project idea by the end of June. My team and I are always welcome to anyone who wants to contribute to the Toby Accessibility Mod.

The Doom 2 deluxe ed.  files are still up

@FEDEX - Sorry for the mix up. The original Doom 1 and Doom 2 Deluxe Map Packs were replaced by the Toby Doom Mega Deluxe Map Pack which comes with The Toby Accessibility Mod V6.1. This combines both Deluxe Map Packs into one. I will remove the old links. Thank you for the heads up :)

Is there anyway this could be fixed? It only happens when I load project malice with TobyDoomLevels.wad this enemy sprite is frozen by the way. Forgot to add that haha

@VentoliN13 - That's a lot of mods you got running there. I would put the Toby Doom Levels first (at the top of the list) since I have a Cybruiser in the level set. It is possible that Project Malice, too, has a Cybruiser in there but the sprites may be ordered or labeled differently OR the Cybruiser I have in the Toby Levels overrides the Cybruiser in Project Malice. It could be either scenario. Let me know if that resolves the issue.

Hey guys, I have some exciting news! The Toby Accessibility Mod had won a Staff Award on the Doom Awards website! Check it out!

I, too, would like to thank my team (Jarewill, Proydoha, & IllegallySighted), Toby Ott, dansg08, and a handful of other contributors who had helped shape the Toby Accessibility Mod into what it is today.
