last of todays work done :) 

 

Also, im not sure about a midi for this map. Could somebody give me a hand? The level is called "Extra Sauce Action" Im thinking maybe a dark synth or something like that.

I've got two midis here that you can use if you like.
Departing From Lydian Station is the closest I, and the person I collaborated with on this one (Dragonfly, thank you), to a "dark synth" like midi. It's not quite dark enough, but it's synth-y enough to squeeze into that category.
Zero isn't really "dark synth", but if you're not sure about the one above try this one out for size.

Let me know what you think.

They are good midis really like em :) might use one for the map I’m working on for darkzone if that’s okay? 
 

as for this map, I was looking for a more kind of upbeat 80s electric vibe kind of style. Anything like that you know of?

 

Its one of the most colorful maps I've ever made, I'll give it that. No idea how its going to turn out, but tech base style isn't something I usually do.

Synth midis aren't that common iirc. Sorry, I don't really know of any.

That sounds good :) going 50/50 might give me a few ideas with map08 as well. I’m a bit stuck.

Map number: 11

Prompt: Collect power-ups

Music: Find my eyes by Petter 'Thyrbse' Mårtensen(the guy who made the midis for Hell Revealed 2)

 

I think I went a bit overboard with the difficulty. Its tough in kind of an annoying way. Bit of trial and error required. Its definitely doable though. Let me know what you think and I'll alter it accordingly.

Just a quick update. I have the layout complete, not I'm starting to add the monsters and detailing.
My idea is to have the first version by next week, so there's time for changes on feedback.
