BLOODWOLF Posted March 19, 2023 Clicked through the recent 2022 Cacoward winners and came up with only three that didn't have an explicit "no" or "player starts only" (which means full of softlocks) for co-op. What is so unappealing about mapping for cooperative play, nobody plays Doom with friends anymore? So I have a list of WADs that I play through each year with the wife (some were not meant for coop and I've had to go in and change things in the map to make them conform but I would rather not have to do that and just skip WADs from now on that were not intended to be played online) and I play these with my brutal doom mod + a compatibility patch loaded after to overwrite BD and set textures and actors back to the PWAD authors original intent so I can't have any TC's or major partial conversions.
