Amazing, I've been waiting for it : )

I only played Map01 so far. Incredible atmosphere, it really draws you in immediately. The lighting and grading is perfect - couple it with Software Rendering and some delicious 640x400px, here you go: it feels so natural and organic. And hot.

It's such a nice touch that you used that annoying half skybox line as an actual part of the environment (the sea line). Well done my friend

Thank you so much! The atmosphere is something I always pay attention to in my maps. Glad to hear it's so well done in this project!
Hope you enjoy the rest of the maps!

Sick maps, really cleverly crafted in every sense. I dig everything that sounds and reads in my native language- it took a few zombie deaths to pay better attention to what they were screaming, and I had to giggle upon realizing.. hehe, chilean zombies. Yea, without a doubt one of the most entertaining wads I played in a while, personally speaking.

Some observations:

Spoiler

- In m01, it is possible to bump the BSK by jumping through the window nearby, effortlessly I shall add. Doesn't break anything anyways.

- The sound of active sectors outdoors kind of interferes a bit with immersion, I'm not sure what is connected to them (the waves?) though I would suggest relocating them much further off the map, if that doesn't cause troubles somewhere else, otherwise no big deal.

- In m05, in the yard next to the gracias room, saw these flowers floating in the air.

- BTW, since there is no blue key to access the former normal exit, there is no way to kill the monsters in the room. I'm not sure why they remained there anyways.

- Who's this? ... I must say, seeing a human face on a texture reminded me of those portraits of real spanish people in Garrulismo. Any detail I find that I can relate to that wad is a bonus point for me, no matter if it's entirely a me thing.

Thanks for making these! Hope to see more from you.

Thank you both so much for the words and the feedback! Good to know that the chilean zombies didn't go unnoticed ;)

Some observations:

-The blue key skip is intentional, I left it in as a sort of speedrun strat.
-The white noise that you hear outdoors is indeed the waves. I agree that it can be a bit distracting at times but I don't think it's too much of a problem. I like it :)
-I catched the floating flower right after uploading RC1 :/ It'll be fixed in RC2.
-I also forgot to delete the leftover enemies from the exit. whoops.

Glad to see the first release of this! Probably one of my favorite themes I've seen for a wad, with beautiful maps as well. Excellent work! :)

Several maps into this, and I'm having a blast. The gameplay, texture-work, detailing, lighting, and progression are all outstanding. I like the Lost Civilization vibe with the pseudorealistic mine settings (and sound replacements), but with each map much more bite-sized and with punchier combat.  Looking forward to finishing the wad!

Might be a bit late to mention, but shouldn't there be a dehacked file that's supposed to come with this if you're playing on chocolate doom?

There is! It's embedded with the wad, so you can just use the -dehlump parameter and run it right away.

Hey there, it's been a long while of procrastinating since last update, but it's finally here! RC2 is ready!

This should be the final product, it's pretty much ready to go to /idgames. I'll wait a couple days to see if anybody finds any bugs or any oddities that need fixing before being archived for good.

Difficulty settings are ready. I've fixed a couple VPOs here and there and added a custom text screen at the end of map06.

Thank you all again for your comments and feedback, without you this project wouldn't be as polished as it is now. All of your names will be listed in the /idgames text file!

Hey @Cacodemon187, I'm about to finish a UV-Max playthrough of this and will post it when I'm done.

Love it, especially all of the visual details that reference Chile. I just have one recommendation - changing the orders of maps 5 and 6, since it's more suitable to have 'Fin!' as the last map/thank you map. Other than that, great work - unique vibes and pretty challenging combat from map 3 onwards!

Edit: My playthrough is up. Here's the full playlist:

Thank you so much for your playthrough!! Nice work getting all the secrets in map03 :)

I'll stick with the map order I have now. I intended to make map06 a secret level because it's not good enough in my opinion to be part of the main lineup, but I didn't want the map to go to waste.

Fair enough, I only later realized that map 06 is actually a secret map. I enjoyed it as much as the others.

Anyway, thanks for watching and for making this cool mapset!

Wow, I am at map02 at the moment and like the wad very much. It's not often you see a map set done with everything translated to another language. Doomcute ambience, crashing waves in the distance, and certain "saudade" feel of the first map were very charming. I also find the difficulty level  fit to what I would enjoy - yes, a random revenant in the closet here and here, but you are not thrown against an archie in the first map. Congratulations with the release and idgames upload and muchas gracias for the pleasure of being able to play your WAD.
