Help with making a realm667

Ok this one is probably really god damn stupid but when I tried to make a realm667 account it said complete the captcha even though there was none, any ideas or help?

I just went there and got a popup saying "Important Notice | The page is currently under ongoing construction. Expect some strange things to happen .. for a while."

 

I got the captcha. So either the problem you had was fixed, there was a temporary other random glitch, or there's a problem on your end. If it's still not working, try a force refresh on your browser if you are on a computer. Hold down Shift on the keyboard before clicking on the refresh button. This forces the browser to get fresh copies of everything from the servers.

Considering Torm's, uh, tumultuous community history, I wouldn't be surprised if this doesn't get fixed.
