What are some of the best gore themed wads you've seen.

After having had a weird dream a couple of nights ago about playing a nonexistent "Knee deep in Zdoom" style wad of episode 3 as a single map, starting from the bottom of the river flowing out of dis, and even exploring the odd area that looks like a buried cacodemon. I'm looking for some decent, non-edgy or horror-based wads you've seen that focus mostly on an especially organic and flesh like version of hell.
