FreeDoom's Animted Textures don't animate why ?

It Was supposed to animate like this 

 

But in game...

 

It never moves IDK why , and even trying to make an animated patch doesn't seem to work 

it's still . But since you can't see it in game I'll post the textures animated here...

 

 

Did I forget any of these animated textures ? Let me know
