My favorite album of Tool, i listen every day at least one track of this masterpiece. Sometimes it is Parabol/Parabola, sometimes Disposition+Reflection, most of the time entirely because the coherence of this album is amazing, like a concept one. This Morning with my coffee this is The Grudge and Lateralus. I love also 10,000 days but most of the time i skip Wings For Marie (Pt 1) and  10,000 Days (Wings Pt 2) cause it breaks the flow of Metal songs. I prefer start with Vicarious+Jambi+The Pot and the rest cause some tracks are fantastic like Rosetta Stoned and Right in two. Love this band, they are genius. <3<3<3

But i want also to listen some other bands of Post Metal bands like MOTA, Cult of Luna, Isis, Jesu, Rosetta, Pelican and of course Neurosis cause i love the genre. Post-Metal is great, this is also a Progressive genre cause tracks are long and there are some time signatures changes. I think we can say "thank you" to Godflesh and Neurosis who have create the genre and have influenced a lot of bands, above all Neurosis. <3 <3<3
