This post was an unintentional one with the song identical to the one in the previous post, so I replaced it with a different song.

One song I always listen to whenever I think of something beautiful, emotional, uplifting, lurid, and sad:

When me and my friend finally re-united with someone in person (a nice lovely lady that was our staff at a program that we knew for a decade) last September since the height of the COVID pandemic, this is the third song I played in the background just for the occasion:

Thank you for this amazing discovery!

The album sounds like it was recorded from an old cassette tape, with that lofi sounding frequency spectrum, saturation, narrow stereo field and the constant hiss in the background. I like this, I think that it adds something interesting to the songs (although it probably wasn't done on purpose).

Good original coldwave sounds with nice compositions and a slightly raw side. Plus I read it was from Croatia (Yugoslavia at that time) which is rare, and that south-east trait can definitely be heard.

This album really has something special.

As for me today:

[Dido — Thank you]

I was looking for this song for over a decade and only found it in 20.. 19? Absolutely love it! I see why it was sampled in "Stan".

[Sting —  Fields of gold]

I knew there was one more song by Sting that was my favourite, besides "Englishman in New York", "Desert rose", "Stolen car", "Gotta get back my baby" and "Reste"! Thanks for posting this!
