How to make custom weapons addable in doom builder

so i added a sniper in my wad which i just got from realm667 (ill credit whoever made it dw)
and just edited stuff like weapon slot and dps  and it works but only when i do idfa/idkfa and i want it to be a actual weapon that i can add in doom builder X.

Does your weapon decorate have an editor number?

For example:

 

Actor My actor 1234

 

If not add one.

 

Does your actor have a sprite? Without a sprite, it won't show in the editor.

do you mean this by editor number?
mine is 2395 i guess
and the sprite is this

so just make the sniper a separate wad and add it.
also i would get udb but i hate how the linedefs and stuff are at the left side. yea im gonna use hotkeys 90% of the time but yea im just use to dbx ui so

i wanna do udmf format since it has like a billion other features but the UI is just wayy to complicated for my smooth brain to process

That's what I thought.

It easier to learn a new program, than trying to make an old one do things they're not designed for.

 

UDB and UDMF allow you to do lots of neat things.
