There's so many hordes of demons to blast through, its nice! I like that it isn't overly focused on set-pieces with waves, rather it's packed with demons in environmental encounters! Here's the first video of many for my channel.

Great! I was testing it on Remaster (my preferred version) to see if it worked, and it does work!

I will play this map pack later.

I tested the first map with my super EX port with Complex DOOM 64 mode and it's so hardcore with Complex DOOM 64 I love it so much!

Interesting port! I did take a look, and you seem to add a lot of monsters (hardcoded?) but i love to know what features Super EX+ has over regular EX+.

 

Both should be on the wiki i know :P

hey I thank you ! 

 

the only difference with Super EX+, it contains more custom content than EX+ like much more custom mobs, new items, new weapon the Nailgun!, new power ect, there are also the missing reload animations from DOOM 64 which have been restored for Shotgun, Super Shotgun and Plasmagun, there are a lot of vanilla DOOM64 bugs fixed in my port like zombie man third death sound not playing in original game, there are some new custom options that i added like adding a new cheat option in the feature menu which gives you the artifacts, and i also created a new game mode which is called Complex DOOM 64, this mode allows you to randomize all the monsters on the maps by other much more powerful monster variations to make your game more difficult.

Thank you all, for your time, and the great relief of knowing that it runs in the Remaster;  (Steppskie, Zoyahu, ValveMercenary)   I'm hoping that becomes the new standard, even if I can't get it to work yet.

 

@Immorpher and styd051;  Thank you for the videos!  Being the largest and hardest to navigate map of the set, I'm so glad to see it isn't too confusing to get through.

 

@styd051  Super EX+ looks like a lot of fun.  Complex mode might be a little more hardcore than I can handle, but seems well balanced. Nice work!  I will definately be giving it a try.  Anything that adds more options and ways to play is a good thing! :)

 

@whybmonotacrab; Sorry if you had trouble finding the file.  It was there when I copied that link, so I don't know what happened.  I'm all for keeping Doom64 stuff together, so hopefully the administrative shuffling will be a good thing eventually.
