very intresting doom 3 dlc campaign idea

It's 2 years after the events of doom 3 and resurrection of the evil.

You are a UN soldier who was in the U.A.C Phobos base for investigation

You have a heavy pistol ( doom 3 pistol but more damage)

And the machinegun

You learned that the U.A.C has broke into 2

One is a evil corporate entity which wants to invade earth with the marines and hell spawn and they are still conducting portal experiments and after negotiating with the khan makyr they are now allied with the hell

 

And The other U.A.C which colonizes planets and make bases

 

You are mentally prepared that you are gonna face some fellow marines who are gonna kill you

As you are about to reach the hanger

The fellow U.A.C marine gives you a UAC heavy flak jacket and a pistol and a U.A.C machine gun

 

As you reach the hanger you are met with enemy fire at you

You call for the other marines and you and company Swiftly examined and went through the hanger

 

Outside the hangar

3:34 pm

UAC Phobos interstate highway

As you and your marines drive through the highway you see a distant facility

You call for reinforcements

8 more marines personnel came

You went inside the building

/Gas/

All the marines equip their gas masks

 

After intense fire fight with about 100 enemy marines in the entirety of the facility

Your junior lieutenant heard screaming from the basement

You call the other marines to take over the Phobos base till you go down there

 

/Portal/

You see a portal

Having a concept like that is not enough for a mod campaign.There are too many ideas out there and not too many people making mods for Doom 3.

The "good UAC" would still have enough reasons to further research teleportation technology, why would they leave that exclusively to the "bad UAC"?

 

And I would leave out Khan Makyr and other silly fantasy mythology that was introduced in Doom 2016/Eternal.

Thinking about it, there shouldn't be an evil UAC in Doom 3, the game explains Betruger was the only one behind it all, and after that he was turned into Maledict, they even say Hell can build their own things, they don't need scientists. I think Doom 3 works better when you don't try to make any connections to the other games, but if you have ideas you should use them.
