I Need Help With Dehacked Sprite Replacements

I changed the Chaingunner and Wolf SS sprites for a WIP mapset, i have done this before with the same monsters and some decorations on a scrapped mapset with no issues, however this time no matter what, doom crashes and these error messages pop up during testing whenever i'm about to encounter the monster replacments: R_ProjectSprite: invalid sprite frame 38 : 1 (Chaingunner's frames) and R_ProjectSprite: invalid sprite frame 51 : 1 (SS frames)

What port are you testing with? I tested your files with Chocolate Doom, Woof! and DSDA-Doom, all it worked fine for me.

I'm not using any ports, just Dos-Box, i still get the same error messages.

 

I should test it with ports then and see what happens.

 

Edit: after replacing my backup .exe, it works in vanilla and in chocolate and crispy doom ports too.
