One difference between complevel 2 and complevel 9/11/mbf21 seems to be that in 9+ the player can only telefrag one thing at the same coordinates.
For instance a death exit is broken unless using -complevel 2 if a barrel and a Romero head are at the same coordinates and the player telefrags them (teleport destination is also same coordinates). Only the Romero head dies and the barrel does not explode, so the player does not die.
This is fixable by nudging the Romero head a bit in the map editor, which seems to allow the player to telefrag both at once, but I'm trying to see if I can fix it without modifying the WAD by using the OPTIONS lump.
Are any of the MBF21 compatibility options able to toggle this behavior without having to do the full -complevel 2?

Ports being used are both Woof and DSDA-Doom.
An example wad affected by this is Earthless-PR.
