The Hand Posted May 13, 2023 I've been using PRBoom+ for about a week now, but the music is just way too loud. If I turn off the music, there's no sound. If I turn up the sound, there's no audible difference. Most of the solutions that are on the internet say to change "Preferred MIDI Player" setting but there just isn't anything like that. My PRBoom+ is 2.5.0, and my system is Windows 10 Pro version 19045. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

Indeed it is. 2.5.0 unfortunately has the distinction of being used as a basis for a lot of other ports, usually to different platforms. What's more, PrBoom 2.5.0 is also at the basis of Libretro's fork of PrBoom (Used in Retroarch) Switch over to 2.6.2 UM or use DSDA-Doom. 9 hours ago, Ash4ash said: DEAL WITH IT! DO YOU NOT WANT TO LISTEN TO MIDI RENDITIONS OF 80S AND 90S HEAVY METAL AT FULL VOLUME???!?!?!?!?!?!? I for one am not going to deal with greenhorns whose sole purpose on this forum is to raise stinks when the air is clean. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
