UDB: Move things with sectors?

Is it possible in UDB to move things with sectors/lines/etc.? You can keep thing selections in sector mode, but moving the sector doesn't affect the selected things.

You can synchronize thing editing while in sector mode. There's a button for it on the top toolbar, or you can press Shift+T to toggle it. When enabled, things should move with the sectors.

 

However, I've noticed a bug where after editing for a while (maybe an hour or more), the synchronization breaks even when the option is enabled (things don't get selected along with the sector), and I have to restart UDB to get it working again.

Yikes, one more to the list of oddities that have cropped up in the last few years. Oh well, I guess that's the trade-off. Thanks!
