Horror .WADs

I recently played myhouse.wad and was wondering if there are any good horror WADs like it, especially with non-Euclidian geometry. It may be a rare occasion that we got such a good map, so I don't know if there is anything similar.

My House really is quite unique within the Doom scene as far as I know, being closer in concept to games like LSD Dream Emulator or Yume Nikki (though with its own style of narrative). On the more typical (read: jumpscary) horror side, the Ghoul's Forest series is quite good!

Maybe its just me but I would imagine that people who love Myhouse would also appreciate Grove.

Unloved. Not quite horror, but very opressive, suffocating experience. At least until the slaughter sections later :/

 

If you want non-eucledian stuff then Bloom and Hyperion.

I cannot think of any off hand but OP should search for Liminal Wads as that might provide some more results as thats really what .myhouse is of course its also far grander than even most non doom liminal projects.

Have you played Yume Nikki? I had a friend into it and I may check it out after the wads

Yes, it's really good but you do need to be into the proper mindset for it - between all the secrets and mysteries there's a lot of walking. Get the Bike first to speed things up :)

Two very good horror maps that come to mind are Wormwood IV Map 04 and Goodwad Map 26.

 

Both are not similar to myhouse though so I'm just answering the title.

Map of larger non-horror wads. That's why I specified map numbers.

Well, Wormwood is a horror but in a broader sense.
