It looks like you need to take a break. Do not make your hobbies feel like work.

 

But if that is not enough, I guess you might want to speak to a professional who is better equipped to help you than some strangers online.

Hey, so the first thing should probably do it stop mapping, just for now. Doing somthing that makes you miserable for the sake of doing it is never a good idea. You need to enjoy your hobbies. That’s the very point of having a hobby. It’s by definition something you enjoy doing.

 

The best thing you can do right now is try and see someone who can help you with your self esteem and try and help you find the root cause of the problem, preferably a professional in the mental health field. If you can’t do that, find someone in your family who you trust and would be willing to listen to you.
 

Take care of yourself first and foremost. Take some time each day and just find something that helps you destress. Just for a little bit. You’d be surprised how much that helps.

What you are describing sounds like the description of clinical depression. I would very strongly suggest that you look for help from a trained, trustworthy professional. It can work wonders. Trust me, I know from personal experience.
