Will there ever be Freedoom Phase 3 & 4?

Title says it all. The full question is, will there be more Freedoom stuff counterparts to TNT: Evilution and Plutonia Experiment?

No. freedoom phase 2 is compatible with wads using tnt/plutonia as iwads, thus there is no need to for an extra wad.

Just like with what Ausara said, since Freedoom's goal is to provide the complete Doom experience for free with replaced assets, I don't think it needs a 3rd or 4th phase because of its compatibility with pwads made for Final Doom, but it would still be great if we had new phases.

Either way I did have an idea for something like this as an unofficial Freedoom project, could compliment Freedoom 64 if that ever happens. I don't think calling them "Phase 3" and "Phase 4" would be right though (even labelling both as "Phase 3" would be better), I think making it clear that they're spinoffs of Phase 2 would be better. Something like "Freedoom Chronicles" or "Super Freedoom" (in contrast to "Final Doom").

Phase 3 and 4 would be Freedoom for Doom 3 and Doom (2016), surely.

A jest but I do wonder if Freedoom has proper Final Doom support because it seems more of just a drop-in for Doom II instead of Doom II and Final Doom

Yes, I've checked in SLADE3 and there are texture replacements for TNT and Plutonia, this can be confirmed since Plutonia's texture names start with "A-" as a prefix, and there's a texture called TNTDOOR, I also found out that they even replaced the cobweb and tire textures from TNT! That's awesome.
