Textures scramble after exporting model. UDB

Question

In Ultimate Doom Builder, after I export something as obj and reload resources, my textures scramble in the 3d view. I need to reload the map to fix that. Is this normal? If not, how to avoid it without reloading the map?

I think you have to manually remap the texture on the exported model. Especially true when using multiple textures.

Using 3d model program of your choice. I can give advices about blender, as I've got some xp with it.
