I came up with a fix in GZDoom.

 

 

More seriously, you can edit the revenant's height to be taller in DEHACKED, but this does come with the downside of making them worse at pathing, especially because you have to increase the height by a lot. The opposite solution is using shorter revenant sprites but those look a bit silly too. 

 

The real solution is map design. Clipping tends to be surprisingly rare because you can simply avoid using revenants in, or within pathing distance of, short spaces, which you can decide to use only rarely to begin with. (A more common "issue" is being able to see a revenant's head in a pit or behind a short ledge or some other barrier, while not being able to truly aim at them, which can bait people into wasting a few shots. This too usually isn't a big deal because it's mostly avoidable.)

There are ways you could fix it, someone may have made replacement sprites which have the correct height for the Revenant... but honestly I don't think it really matters very much to most players. If it's bothersome in your own maps, baja blast is correct; the simplest method is to change your own map's architecture to avoid the issue.
