Does prboom(+) support .WAV

Recommended Posts

so i want my wad to be accesable to like any port that supports comp9 boom but im using a street fighter 2 ken theme (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLakZvVQmPw)
that one, and i converted it to WAV but when i try converting it to doom sound in dsdsa its just silent no music at all and i cant convert it to midi using a normal converter and i sure the hell cant convert it myself so im asking yalls if prboom/prboom+ supports .WAV sound format.

and also theres doomsday and eternity engine but nobody uses those ports and idk much abt em wether theyre better than prboom or DSDA so do those support .wav too?

Just click "Use Fluidsynth" and point it to your SF2 file, not sure why you're going through the trouble of setting up Timidity.

Why you would want to use a .wav for music? I mean, it will make your wad to have a ridiculous big file size.

Convert it to .ogg, or use a MIDI, I can give you the Sharp x68k midi version of his Super's theme if you want
