Help with a save file. (PS4)

Hi all.

I’ve just gone to my 100% complete save file for Doom to have a run through with all weapons and mods etc….from the beginning. 
Upon loading the first level I only have my Pistol and Shotgun available. 
Everything has gone. It’s like a fresh game though from the mission select it recognises that I have 100% completion on every level. 
Any Ideas as to what has happened and how to get my guns and collectibles back?
