cybercat Posted June 21, 2023 (edited) This is my first wad that i publish online. You are a new worker at Imp Killing Corporation because you could not find any other job. Your new boss is Mr. Cyberdemon who seems to be a nice demon. He gives you tasks including, of course, killing imps. WAD is still work in progress. I uploaded it just so make sure that i did not waste any of my time on this wad and actually did something good. Done only 7 maps, started working on it on 17th June. I find it kinda cute and funny at the same time, the on-screen text reminds me a lot of my first maps :,) The design is very amateurish but don't worry about it, the more you map the more you'll improve! Take a look Spoiler Also, i may need to say that i used level generator in second mission :|. I do not know why i did that, but in future i may or may not create sections in second mission myself. In that case you should put up a disclaimer in the OP. It's generally bad policy to use AI generated levels in your wads without telling anybody about it. I was taking a break because i was interested in other stuff, but just maybe i might return. Anyways, I just checked the map and it still works. Well, in technical reasons. I just realise that some parts of the map are very cryptic. I might make it easier. After you kill imps you need to take their keycards and open the gates. Also in one of the rooms there is a small button on the table. I will definitely change that. Try my tips and tell if you see more bugs. Thank you for commenting! 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

Retro_Roy132 Posted May 27 It's fun for the fully finished parts. Maps 1-6 are great but I just couldn't get through map 7. After getting the yellow skull from Mr. Arch, I wandered around like an idiot humping every wall for like 30 minutes and dodging a stealth Archvile and got nowhere. I even used noclip and still couldn't find the exit. Don't let that take away from the rest of the levels though, as the humor is great with the on screen text, but I'm kinda struggling to say more specifically good things about it as most of my time playing the WAD was spent wandering like an idiot. It definitely has good potential, and I liked most of the map, although it may seem harsh, map07 being in this state as "Finished" drags it down overall to a 4/10. 7/10 if you leave out map07, I see above you said you might make it easier, along with the answer to how to beat it, but I tried to hit that button when I first saw it anyway but it didn't work for some reason, maybe that's just me though. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
