How do I go back to the normal Doom gui?

I'm currently using dsda-doom as a sourceport, and I accidently pressed F5 on my keyboard and now the gui looks like this:

If I press F5 again, the gui completely disappears:

Please help me fix this issue, it's very difficult to play like this.

I think if you push the minus key it'll go back to normal.
