Boom-compatible gore wad/dehacked

I'm struggling to find the mod used in Preacher to add those gore puddles that fall off monsters. Admittedly, I'm not that good with slade or dehacked yet, otherwise I would have found it on my own.

The pools you see in Preacher are just the vanilla blood splatters that fall to the ground, modified so that they don't disappear, and I think with modified sprites so that they look more fitting. I'm not at my computer to point you to the exact line, but if you open the DEHACKED lump in SLADE there should be some line saying "Duration = -1"; that's all there is to it.
