POV: You're John Romero

So... I was thinking recently, what if we make a large collection of music, which ID guys could have been listening, something like POV videos?
This idea came to me when I listened "No Remorse" song and "Pretty Hate Machine" album during mapping, it gave me that strange elusive vibe of late 80s - early 90s, so I was thinking what would a John Romero playlist look like while designing maps for Doom?
My guess is that it would be all songs that inspired Doom soundtrack, of course, and maybe other major releases from that time period (like the aforementioned Pretty Hate Machine}
I think we can't create a completely accurate compilation, unless Romero himself connects and if he has a good memory for it, but we can create something similar, try to capture the atmosphere of Id's office.

So just a lot of 80's and early 90's rock and metal. If you really want to capture the atmosphere of the iD office, then you need to use period appropriate tech as well. No more Spotify or YouTube. We're breaking out the Sony Walkman, baby!
