I made a song using only Quake sounds

So.... yeah, it's pretty self-explanatory :D
This whole track is one big accident. It was made in 6 hours after I played Quake Remastered for the first time.

Enjoy :3

This is really cool, not sure if you knew this but the OSTs for the Nintendo 64 versions of Quake 1 and 2 are like this.

To be honest, I didn't even know Quake 2 was on Nintendo 64, I played only PC and PS1 version :D

About OST for the Quake 1 - yeah, I was told in the comments after I uploaded the video.

Thank you so much! :)

Only technically... while the N64 does have a game called Quake 2, unlike the N64 version of Quake 1 it pretty much has nothing to do with the PC version. While it has the Quake 2 assets, weapons and monsters the game has completely different levels and is more of a linear experience like Quake 1 or Doom, rather than the more modern style of FPS that Quake 2 helped introduce and that Half-Life perfected.

It sounds... pretty interesting, not gonna lie. Because I think that each version of the game is interesting in its own way and should be considered as a unique gaming experience. It can be not the same.... but I'm actually interested now :)

Good usage of the sounds.

Makes me think of this!

Wow, that's cool! Aubrey Hodges is a goddamn genius, his works has always inspired me as well as Akira Yamaoka's.

And thank you so much! :)

You're so goddamn right.

He manages to make good tracks using unconventional sound sources.

Hell even one of his tracks on Doom PSX uses the voice of a man singing (along with what seems to be a pong match on the background?) as a demonic chant by heavily slowing it down!
