UDMF's actor color setting doesn't do anything [FIGURED IT OUT]

So I'm trying to add these sprite-based lighting affects to my map, and I'm trying to use this feature in the "rendering" tab to make them a certain color, and it just isn't doing anything.

 

Am I missing something? Is there a flag I need to enable in order to get this to actually work, or what?

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out. It's something to do with the render style, you can only recolor it if it's set to "stencil" or "additive stencil". The wiki says "Shaded" should also work, but I'm assuming I haven't formatted my sprite for that correctly.

 

Also, I'm dumb and didn't post this in the dedicated forum for editing questions. My bad. Am sleempy.
