jgs1989 Posted August 19, 2023 I know for the most part they are the same/similar as Doom 2, but I know there are differences. For instance I think a Baron's max melee damage is 88 in Doom 64, and I hear the plasma gun's damage is higher to make up for the fact its fire rate is lower. Does anyone have a complete list of all the Doom 64 monster and weapon stats? 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

I had to reference Decino's videos on D64 so I could do the D64ifier conversion accurately for ZDoom and Zandronum version. https://www.moddb.com/mods/the-d64ifier/downloads/d64ifier-zdoom-zandronum 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
SealSpace Posted August 20, 2023 (edited) Aren't all Doom 64 monsters (except for Nightmare Imp and Mother Demon/Sister Resurrector) mostly just faster and slightly more aggressive and lethal versions of their classic vanilla Doom counterparts with pretty much the same HP? I'm making my guess based on what I've heard and explored of the Samsara Doom mod. Edited August 20, 2023 by SealSpace 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

Midway64 Posted August 20, 2023 Well Edward Richardson already shared some videos by Decino talking about the stats earlier so maybe check it out. If you want to get more technical HOWEVER, ask Edward about it (he worked on the D64 remaster) or consult the reversed engineered source code of the game, available in GitHub. Either way, it will help you in whatever endeavors you're doing. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
