[Doom (1993) and Doom II]I would like to know if it is possible to transfer my backup file to another PC.

I keep my files on a file shared with my phone in case there's a problem with my game, but I don't know if I could just copy the .pks files to the game's save folder and have the game detect it as a save. I use Lutris to run Doom.

Using Lutris to run presumably Windows Unity Doom is a bit overkill unless you absolutely prefer Unity Doom over any other version of the game. There's so many source ports of Doom native to Linux, including ones that can mimic Unity Doom very closely, and many of these are ported to mobile platforms too.

GzDoom 4.10 can read older GZDoom saves. It can also import them.

As for others I would maybe assume yes if they're from the same source ports..
