IF you want to improve on this you should make fire appear, not just from the back of the skull, but also from behind the jaw.

The Doom 3 lost souls don't have horns either, so I guess this is a more "visible" version of the Doom 3 lost soul (the ghostly one).

I never liked the horns, so I ditched them. It took me long enough to make the damn skull anyway, I didnt want any extra work.

I tried flames from behind the jaw, but it just looked weird to me.

Im at my grandma and grandmas house right now.They dont have a fire wall.It realy cool.But the teath need to be jagged points.They alson need some blood stains.

They have such a bad mood and a low intelligence (I remember when they tried to beat a Cyberdemon at Tower of Babel X))

This was all done using 3d studio max. Nothing but the default textures. The skull I made using NURBS objects. The flames are a combo of flame effect, some particle emiters, and the Video Post "Glow" effect.
