michbul Posted September 20, 2023 I've been looking but have found no explanations on how I'm using GZDoom UDMF 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
inkoalawetrust Posted September 21, 2023 You know when finding an answer to your own question it's usually nice to say what it was so that other people can know. In GZDB or UDB, you can select your sector(s), right click them to go to the edit sector window, go to the surfaces tab, and change the Rotation property on whichever sector plane you want. 2 Quote Share this post Link to post

While that technically answers the question, it's usually not the best way to go. It can be really cumbersome to get the angle right, and you also usually need to modify the offsets to make it look right. In most cases the quickest way is to use one of the auto-align actions on the floor or ceiling in Visual Mode. Note that it always uses the linedef the cursor is closest to as a reference. You might have to play around with the different (X offset only, Y offset only, X and Y offsets) alignment actions. If you need more precising and control you should use Floor Align Mode or Ceilign Align Mode. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
