Im making some rough ideas, and one of them is the idea of making my own custom explosions that have layered damage/lift/push radiuses.
The goal of this would be to make explosions that feel more like Blood, where things closer to the epicenter of the explosion move differently.
When making these explosions, would it be ideal to make multiple layers of radius' which get more layers the closer you are to the center?
To clarify, ideally this would work like an onion, with each layer adding an additional 20, as well as more tiny layers of upwards and outward momentum.
That way at the core it would be a full 160 (or so) damage with a large bit of upwards and outwards momentum, with only 20 damage at the outermost layer, and minimal if any outwards momentum.
