You are using zdooms doom in hexen map format (presumably,  it is a hexen format but you've explained nothing about what you're doing), Linedef tags are defined by using https://zdoom.org/wiki/Line_SetIdentification as the lines action.

According to all known laws of map editors, there is no way a linedef tab should be able to look like that. It has too many flags, textures and line specials too be able to present to the user. The linedef tab, of course, displays these anyway because it don't care what humans think is impossible.
