No , but we can fix doom 1 texture pack from realm667 (the one you originally attached), it wan't be that hard, only one texture is broken. Problem is either with texture name or with texture patch

We should check how it structured In Slade, especially animated textures, whether they are zdoom lumps or boom animated. And I could combine skies from doom1 and doom2 into one, so it will be thematically consistent with premise of the wad

@Johnny Cruelty @Track Federal @SpaceCat_2001 I just tweaked the texturepack from realm667 (and checked some points in DOS BOOM), so you can use it. Also added SKY4 (SKY4 from Ultimate Doom) and SKY5, SKY6, SKY7 (all 3 skies from DOOM2 itself). You can use a different sky on your map via the Sky Transfer action, but note that it is not supported in vanilla DOS DOOM specifically (though I'm not sure if you'd use the original boom as the target source-port).
 

And yes, reupload this wad to a filesharing service, I've uploaded it here for the time being. And I didn't check every texture, so if something else breaks somewhere, let me know, or maybe fix it by yourself.

@Johnny Cruelty, thanks for your concern. No need to worry, I've already started to work on Map04, and I think it'd be completed by the next weekend. Then I'll start to work on Map15 immediately, cuz it's gonna be a big one for sure.

Question, would you replicate the pain elemental secret? It would be -very infuriating- funny to make it intentional this time

should I do this every 3 days or every week?

Please don't do it every 3 days, that's far too much. Maybe every 1-2 weeks, that's plenty of time.
Like, even if someone actively works on the project, then all they could do is go: "Yup, still working on it", so there's not much to say.

@DankMetal, I gave it a thought, but came to the conclusion, that it should remain as "one of a kind". Instead, I'll try to "play" with this idea in a non-standard (maybe even funny) way.

i dont think so, not a lot of people here actually use it. And with doom world thread it will make more comments thus make project hot in the wad development hub, thus more people to work with the project which is good

A lot of people will also organically post updates to the thread, I think. I'm planning to, later. Still haven't got around to mapping, though. Gotta replay it.

@Johnny CrueltyProgress is slow, but steady. This project is more challenging than I expected. I intend to release the map once it's finished, but before I populate it, for others to critique.

Slowly making the map though I'm not sure HOW accurate I should make the map to the originals, so I'm basically just gonna try to work most of the major layouts into my map.
