Where to find a comprehensive Dehacked or BEX syntax?

Hello,

 

so simply where to find a full syntax for Dehacked or BEX? Reason I ask is if I only want to do one or two changes, I find it more convenient to create the appropriate lump in Slade and type the patch in manually.

 

I've tried finding one but can't seem to, only partial ones. Like every command it can do and what arguments they need.
