It's about that time again.  How well do you know the IWADs and famous megawads.  Another round of guess the map based on very ambiguous screens.  See if you can tell which IWAD and map these are from.  The last one is a bonus from a famous pwad.  Extra points for getting that one.  Good luck guessing!

It looks like Doom's E2M7: "Spawning Vats", but I won't blame you for thinking that, as both of those levels had a somewhat similar room, especially the latter.

The seventh picture looks like E1M5: "Phobos Lab", but I have no idea about the bonus image, I sort of recognize it, but I can't quite put my finger on it.

I did poorly on this 😅 I got the 6th was e1m2 but I think that's prolly the easiest of the bunch lol. I feel like I recognize many of the rest, but yeah not well enough. No idea what maps they're from without confirming it in a way that feels out of the spirit of this.

2: Umm... MAP22, The Catacombs?

3: Looks real familiar, but am not quite sure... Is this E2M4?

4: Geez, this could also be from several maps. E2M7, E3M7... I'm gonna guess E2M7.

5: This has got to be E3M5, Unholy Cathedral -- the secret area leading up to the red room.

6: I believe this is E1M2. Perhaps? Some E1 map.

7: Could be anything... Maybe E1M4's labyrinth area?

Bonus: Doesn't look familiar :( I'm guessing Hell Revealed 1, map something.

That Requiem guess being correct is a goddamn miracle. If I thought more about picture 3 (I knew something was wrong), I would've gotten 8 points.

New in this one: Requiem is now part of the regular rotation.  The first five are IWAD shots (now includes Requiem) the next two are from PWADs, one of them well known, the other maybe a little less.  This weeks bonus is from an IWAD (includes Requiem), but you can't reach the shot during normal single-player gameplay. 

 

E: A hint for the less known wad.  It's a Udoom wad from 1994.
