Dear Minister of Chile.

 

I've never been to Chile but from what I've seen of it, it's an absolutely gorgeous looking country, and I love the Incan people aswell.

They're beautiful and endlessly creative and fascinate me to no end. 

 

Having said that, I believe as a minister of such a fascinating country you should have bigger worries and responsibilities then to wonder about the "butt-ass nakedness" of a video game character. With all due respect sir, that does not fit someone in a position as yours.
