Any Hexen or Heretic wads you'd recommend?

Dug those four maps out for a look. They're, um, not terrible. Actually since my DOOM 30th Anniversary WAD is basically sat "finished" (read: RC1) unless there are any major complaints from testers until the 10th December, I might continue this shit and see if I can't make at least a whole episode of new Heretic for the starving four Heretic fans on this site, in this thread and in my room at my computer desk HOW DID YOU EVEN GET IN HERE.

The third hub of the GZDoom version is finished, and it plays a whole lot better than that mess.

@Ichor Speaking of CC3 I just wanna sperg out and say that that old website you made for it back in the day got me so friggin' hype, it legit looked like the coolest thing for Hexen ever, especially the new monsters which sounded terrifying to fight and the tomed versions of classic weapons. I played like two and a half hours or so of a I'm sure way earlier version (this was like late 2018) so I'm gonna hafta restart it but what I saw I really liked, so thank you for not abandoning it after all these years.

 

Also I couldn't run the Doomsday version back then because my old POS computer had no dedicated graphics card lol.
