how do I fix this bug in gzdoom builder?

Recommended Posts

I was editing, but my only issue is that when I pressed q and clicked on the floor or wall, celling. It just displays nothing but moves the texture instead. (I think)

I'm at a loss about what you are showing in the video, even after slowing it down.

All I can see is you opening Monster Escape.wad in GZDB-Bugfix r3083 (UDMF) in sector mode

then going into visual mode (Q) and moving the mouse erratically over the displayed scene, then

(maybe accidentally) changing the floor texture offset by using the cursor key. More erratic mouse

movement and then saving the map.

I don't know what this recycling of GZDB-Bugfix r3083 is about.

If you need to use GZDB-Bugfix, the latest version is r3107. Else I would suggest to try

Ultimate Doom Builder r4019 which uses OpenGL.

btw, I was dumb using a doom editor, I had no idea how to solve the cursor dragging texture issue on gzdoom or other doom builder.
