What is best way to organize files inside .pk3 when making monster pack?

LukeGaming

Question

When downloading custom monsters from realm667 I noticed that people organize files in different ways, assuming I want do post .pk3 file containing a few enemies for other people to use would it be better to keep files like this:

Or in one folder separated by markers like this:

Also, is it possible to have separate ZSCRIPT files for monsters in one folder?

I'd go with a PK3 (or a PK7 if it's big enough) and it's directory listings, WADs work better for single enemies, single weapons, anything where directories might not be needed. If it can run DECORATE, it can load a PK3.
