Trying to find a track I heard on a Doom PWAD once upon a time

Months ago, I heard this track while watching a Doom PWAD playthrough. I can't remember anything about the context other than this part that's earwormed its way into my brain and stuck there. Today I tried setting down the parts I remember clearest in a MIDI composer and uploaded the results.
